The client needed a user-friendly dashboard for school management. The platform is designed to help administrators efficiently handle bulk uploads of student data, including enrollment and exam results. Its standout features include tracking student progress, assessing course impact, and facilitating communication with students and guardians via email and WhatsApp integration.

My Approach
I simplified the user experience by applying progressive disclosure, revealing information only when necessary to avoid overwhelming users. During onboarding, users can set up their preferences, enabling them to access insightful data right away. To support platform adoption, I also designed a landing page for collecting signups.
Summary
- Bulk upload: By providing templates and step by step instructions, we eliminate guesswork and trial and error in choosing data points.
- Landing page: A fully functioning responsive landing page that showcases the features of the platform and provides a signup form for early adopters to get onboard.

The takeaway
Always prioritize the end user. Avoid assumptions about their needs or behavior. Ensure the user experience is intuitive by providing clear, straightforward steps to help them achieve their goals. Keep copy simple, concise, and easy to understand.
